There is nothing worse than a bra that does not fit properly. A bad bra can ruin your whole day or evening! My worse experience with a bad bra has to be with under wire bras in general. I can not stand them. They poke you and eat into the skin under your breasts. One really bad experience I had happened at work. I had just purchased some new bras on sale at my local Lane Bryant. At the store, they felt and looked great. I did not normally buy under wire bras, but decided to give them a try after several friends told me how supportive and comfortable they were. Boy were my friends wrong! By morning break that day, I was miserable. I felt like I had rods in my chest and the skin under my breasts was all red and achy. I went in to the bathroom at lunch and did something drastic. I took scissors to my brand new bra. I cut little holes in both bras and pulled those horrid under wires right out. I then threw them in the trash and put my bra back on. One problem: the bra did not fit now! The fabric was all floppy and there was not enough fabric to cover my breasts for some reason. It was like the under wire allowed the manufacturer to use less fabric. For the rest of the day I was constantly tugging at my bra and was basically miserable. I will never own another under wire bra as long as I live.
